Looks like fun!

I am excited about leading the paddle trips on Friday at Eagle Lake, and from Seal Harbor Beach on Sunday. And the stretching clinic... sign me up for that. Coffee and Bonnie's Muffins at the Seawall picnic area after a run on the Tremont Trot course, that's what I'm talking about!

Bob Boyd

stay tuned for a run tomorrow if you want. Melissa and I are doing a workout, I don't know the details yet, but you'll be the first to know!

I'm thrilled

I'm going to be sure to get time off from work- way too much fun to miss, especially all of the eating and socializing.

Ride leader needed

We still need someone to lead the "no drop" carriage road ride from Eagle Lake at 4:30 on Friday, July 13th. Thanks to Alyie, Amy F, and Michael R we have the Saturday and Sunday Run MDI Weekend rides covered. Let me know if you can lend a wheel..

Bring your big nickels..

redeemable bottles and cans that is, to the Eden Track Festival on Saturday, July 14th. We'll gladly take them off your hands, and use the proceeds for the club.

Last year the man at the redemption center had way too much fun handing me back a box of "rejected" wine bottles that apparently had been purchased in Massachusetts. "They aren't worth much here," he said. (Or something like that) Maine bottles only, please..unless you have a bottle or two of Manny Being Merlot from the Baystate. Those I'll take off your hands for a quarter!

Who is running Sat. A.M. from Eagle Lake?

I wanted to make sure that with everything going on Saturday morning that some members were planning to be at Eagle Lake to run with any quests who show up to participate in the 8:30 A.M. runs. Let me know. Thanks! I'll be joining the Seawall run with John M. and company then.
