Here is 8 minutes of dead-on 90BPM created with GarageBand that you can download. It is all percussion and bass which will have you dancing along at 180 steps per minute with a good steady beat. I find that it sometimes puts you into an almost trance-like state. Put it on your ipod or other mp3 player and set it to repeat.

I teach kids to compose music (grades 5-8)for various projects using GarageBand. This is a compilation of some stuff I've done while teaching kids, and set it all to 90bpm. Why 90bpm and not 180 you ask? .... because a real 180bpm feels very phrenetic, while 90 is not so, yet achieves the same end.

I use this stuff, but set at 92 bpm (184). I figure that I've got short legs and the only way I'll get faster is to move my feet faster. It's interesting that you can train yourself over time, to run slow or fast but at same 90 bpm cadence....
