Time for Sunday group runs on the carriage roads! Let's start out with the old standby of Eagle Lake at 8 am for May 4th. That seems to have been a convenient default time and location. The 11th, 18th and 25th can all be at EL as well, or we can mix it up. I'd like to start a run at Hulls Cove sometime, since there are some in the group who have never had the pleasure of climbing that little single track hill to start their run. The Wildlands Snowshoe 1.3 & 4 Miles. Conditions: Cold, Clear Skies with temps in the single numbers. 1.3 Mile Non-Conpetitive Tour 5 1/2 on a treadmill, which kind of feels like a crime during weather like this. I hope your foot responds to the calcium od that Judson's recommending to you, Steve! By Shannon on 15 August, 2006 - 08:39 | Injury and Recovery
put this message over here and not clutter up the training log. Thanks to all the folks offering up gear to get me some sort of endorphin rush for a while. Karen, I did score a bike to use already but I'm not the same size as the guy who owns it. I may track you down if it's too much of a mismatch. And to answer your questions it was sudden onset, x-rays today, and they're not really swollen. (I'm one of those lucky people who don't swell too much, even when I have broken stuff.) Alyie I'd love to swim with you but I haven't touched the water since March. Don't want to hold you up. I also don't have a Y membership. I'll swim at Echo Lake with you sometime if you don't care if I dog it. : ) Tom, I'll get in touch with you today to see what toys you have for me! Since there are roughly a billion of us planning on doing the Sugarloaf marathon, who out there is planning on staying up there Saturday night? I'd rather not pick one place and end up the solitary runner staying there while everyone else picks a different hotel. Any input? |
