This is the fifth year of the Eden Athletics Jack Russell’s Steakhouse Point Series. We would like to thank Tom St. Germain, and Jack Russell’s Steakhouse, for their continued support of this event.

Officer Nominations for 2011

It is almost the end of the year, and that means that it is time to nominate and elect new club officers for 2011. The offices are: president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, membership, and member-at-large (there are two officer member-at-large positions).

The nomination and election process will work as follows:

The nominating committee, Bob Boyd, Becky Carroll, Ginger King, Jean Bell, and I (Frank Hague) are recommending the following candidates who are willing and able to serve our club in 2011 in the following positions:

Down East Sunrise Trail

We've been invited by the Maine Department of Parks and Lands to have a representative from the club serve on the Down East Sunrise Trail Advisory Committee. The first meeting will take place September 24th at University of Maine at Machias (Science Building, Room 102, 6:30 P.M.) Let me know if you are interested. I've inserted a brief description of the proposed trail. Sounds like a great project.
