Good morning, Eden!

1h easy cycling

cranky.

Creak Creak, Eden.

Hey,

"Creak creak" is MY refrain!

You don't hear me say "Suck it up Princess," do you?

My joints are more along the

'snap crackle pop' variety anyway.

6 miles (workout)

The plan was 1 mile warmup, 2 miles @ 8:30, 60 sec rest, 2 miles @ 8:30, and 1 mile cooldown.

Splits were 8:10, 8:18, 8:16, and 8:22. I couldn't hit the right pace, I was a tad too fast. However, it felt wonderful. :)

Nice job

with that workout Suzanne, hitting an exact pace is hard.

EL today with a very large crew. I got some speed work in trying to catch everyone. I try to remind myself that I'm not actually slow, just happen to be running with talented runners:)

Great group run at EL

As Ginger said, there was a great group running about Eagle Lake this a.m. and Vanessa and I really appreciated so many of our friends coming out so we could enjoy some more time with you before we head out for several months the end of this week. It was good to be with Shannon, Ginger, Julie, Britt, Mark, Diane, Bob, and John S. Life is good in the woods, & best with friends.
