...with Bob B. and DeLaney, and a nice visit with Vanessa. Gorgeous run and wonderful company, I will miss them so much. :(

Cubic spline

Cornering on a bike can be modeled with a cubic spline.

Ian calls me at 11:30 and I ask "do you want lunch?" because if he calls in the middle of the day, that's usually what he wants. "No, I had something to show you." I tell him I'll meet him in the Union.

He explains this cubic spline concept and tells me the first thing he thought of in class was me and cycling.

This is why Ian is my favorite person in the world.

Where's Eden?

I went into the woods at uniprot.org this morning and have wandered around in that forest all day. And that has put me in a very good mood despite my minorly bruised left arch. :D

Pool running tomorrow morning and probably a serious distance session on the rowing machine in the afternoon.

I snicker

at the odds of you getting up for a morning workout :D miss you.

Did it happen?

You know me...

...far too well.

No it did not happen.
Believe me, I'm blushing as I write this.

Snicker away, I deserve it.

Mill

I know, I know, it was gorgeous out, what on earth was I doing inside? Running 8 x 1:00 at 6:00 with 1:00 at 7:48, that's what. For some reason I seem to think I should actually run fast at the Turkey Trot. Sigh. 4.5 for the day.

witch hole in the dark

Jean and I headed out at 4:30, included Paradise Hill, and finished in the way dark and look at the starts from the bridge. We carrying little flashlights, but didn't use them. Once you turn them on, that's it for the nighteyes.
