One week until Thanksgiving!

The vegetarians think the slaughter of animals is no way to celebrate whatever it is we're all thankful for this time of year.
turkeys up there needn't worry, you already had Thanksgiving.
I agree, however. Skip the bird, eat cupcakes
Cupcakes take over Thanksgiving!
Little Long Pond + Redfield Hill Loop, both counterclockwise. Easy pace. SPECTACULAR DAY!! LDF for the dog!
Who can believe we are having fun at the track, in shorts, in NOVEMBER?? Yay!
Warmup, 2 X 400, 2 X 800, 2 X 400 all with 400 easy in between. None of my splits were too slow, most were dead on or 10-12 seconds too fast. Not too shabby a job with pacing.
The best part was the company...Bob B, Shannon, Zoe, and The Madame. The worst part? Saying goodbye to Bob and Vanessa. I miss them already. Safe travels, you two.
with the fine group and workout Suzanne mentioned above. I always love those hugs, but it is hard to leave friends. Life is so very good in the woods. We won't see you in person for a while, but you will be with us.
and then to work. what a way to start th emorning.
Maybe the chill and coming of dark combined to put more of a zip in my stride than I'd planned. 43:30 bridge-to-bridge, added a few hundredths to make it an even 6 miles after that :RainManmoment:
I am so glad to hear you added on extra to make it an even six. I had heard that you were working on your RainMan issues, and I feared I was left all alone in my obsession for perfect, even miles. :)
