Indoors.

Welcome back to Eden, Tuesdi Woodworth!

We are thrilled to have you on the roster!

Good luck to all those racing PVCs in Orono today....especially Haydn and Luc-Olivier who will be competing in the mile!

4 miles SWH

Simply perfect. I felt like I could run forever.

5 miles at harbor house.....

then some core work at home

10.5 chilly and hilly

With Judy in Somesville. From the FD, out Oak Hill Rd. to Indian Pt. Rd, returning to the FD on Pretty Marsh. I was a little chilly when we started, but I warmed right up by mile 2. You know it's cold when the water that sloshes out the top of your water bottle freezes to the side of it :) We kept right on our target pace the whole time, and finished strong.

Off to Camden for the 'boggan races!

Good luck to everyone running in Cape Elizabeth tomorrow!!

me too

ran 10.5 that is. nice run.

5 easy

It was some cold on the return trip.

Run

5.5 miles in 41:40. Ran the first 4+ with Brian. 7xstrides after.

got my 20 (18 outside and 2 at the y on the tm). it was hard.

2 miles

in the pool. This swim went so fast! Funny how that happens some times.

I saw you running again Mark. Good job everybody who got outside to run today. Even the pool was cold.

Some mLs

Not otherwise remarkable.

It is supposed to be almost up to freezing tomorrow and through the start of the week. In other words, outside running weather! These little respites and the prospect of running some real miles make all the mill ones bearable.

Best of luck all, at the Classic tomorrow. Gli Ko Jen!

:D

Wow

That's awesome. Keep up the updates.

Thanks, Judson!

So far this season he went from 5:49, to 5:40 twice, then 5:28, and now this. We are pretty excited!

Good luck tomorrow....one of your biggest fans will be cheering for you from SWH. :)

go Haydn

that's fast ! PRs are very satisfying.

YMCA new machines

Did some miles on the bikes and treadmill. Brand new machines at the YMCA. Bob ran on the indoor track then the bike.

more swimming

Managed 600yds today with much more grace and much less water up my nose. Plus a bonus lap with my son. He wants to do the Y kids tri! 30 min on the elip after that. Like the new mills and bikes ay the Y gym. Can't wait to sweat on them.

60 min on the ET

Late workout but an enjoyable one. Congrats to Haydn on that new PR! Good luck tomorrow Eden racers. Nice job on finishing that 20 Michele. I did hear from Ginger today, who made it to Virginia safe and sound.
