for me today. I dragged my butt to the Y for 6:30 group power this morning.
I'll brave the wind and the rain this evening and see you at the meeting:)
at the Y mainly with Karen. Walked some with Bob C. Feels great to be home getting back on my routine.

with Melissa & Lisa. We were talking about you Ginger as it seemed like you should have been there too. I did intervals on the ET yesterday, 6 x 3 mins with 2 min recoveries. I managed to get a couple up to 220 Steps per minute. Best song of the day - "La Bamba" albeit sped up by 10%. Life is good in the hood.
800s on the treadmill. 1M Warm Up 4X800(3:01, 2:59, 2:58, 2:57) on 400 rest 3/4M cool down.
I think I actually ran part of the route under the water.
