Just a little late afternoon run....pushed the pace a little since I have been feeling blue all day and I needed a little pick-me-up.

Looking forward to 13 tomorrow!

I'm apprehensive

about the run. My calves and obliques have been VERY sore since the Zoomba class. I'll be there though, if it hurts I'll stop and drive my car next to you:)

running = calf soreness and ab work (since they were feeling weak in the pool) = sore abs!

6 at the Y. Treadmill, track, treadmill breaking it up a bit. Didn't get much sleep last night and it felt like I was sleeping through parts of the run. Makes it go faster:)
An hour on the bike trainer yesterday. Actually 53 minutes at which time the beginning of my not sleeping began. Busy in the town of bar harbor last night.

got to run down the Fort Point State Park Road for the first time this year - it's not plowed in the winter so having the first opportunity to run up it is quite the treat. I just cracked 200 for February and need 13 more to break 500 for the year. Guess I know my how many miles I'll be running too on Sunday.

all easy effort. Cold and wet outside here, but plenty of good podcasts to listen to. Life is good in the hood.
