Call me, I lost your number. I want to talk w/ you about the Flattop. Thanks!

I laughed when I read the com

I laughed when I read the comment Tom wrote about me yesterday especially after what happened this morning. I got confused and ended running the 2 X ¾ mile repeats at the same pace than the 4 X ½ mile repeats – a bit too fast. Funny! Oh well, I survived and got a total of 10 miles. I was supposed to do only 9 miles but I made up for the mile I forgot on Tuesday. As Amy T has said, this stuff would never happen if she was there.

and she has

a bigger issue doing repeats on the track 'cause every time she gets to the start/finish line the big 1 painted on the track gets her all messed/up on counting laps so she keeps running 1 1 1 1 1 1 and is never sure when to stop /and or repeat!!!!!!
with out Michele i would only have Gingee to pick/on

4.5 miles

2 mile workout- 7:24pace/8:30pace alternating 1 min. Easy running before and after. Zumba tonight!

Hey speedy Michele! Great job!

I saw Judson hammering down Cottage St on his bike today. I guess he's feeling good after his insane marathon.

7 X 1000 in Bucksport

1 1/2 mile warm up

Ran Suzanne's 7 X 1000 workout. A bit windy at the Bucksport Track but it is clear. Had some kids from one of the local schools come and run an 800 with me during the fourth. 600 cool down in between.

4.8 miles

Felt like uphill into the wind both ways today. An no "into the wind boost" for me (what's your secret Suzanne?)

Managed to chug out 4.8 miles. Started out okay, but slowed down in the middle. Felt like a good finish though, with the last 1.5 at about 7:15 pace.

Walked about 20' after.

6 w/some speed

You're braver than me, Kevin. Strictly mill work here with the wind and all going on outside.

Ran 1.5 wu, then 5 x 3:00 hard w/2:00 floats at 7:54 pace. Dropped it from 6:20 to 5:56 for the hard segments, so averaged a little less than 1/2 mile per. I felt good, which I haven't for anything even slightly hard since Midwinter, so that was encouraging.

3 miles EZ @ HH

Rest tomorrow, long Saturday. :)

In chronological order, roughly. I saw Judson's first pics on Page 8, still thumbing through them now.

6.62, Yarmouth

Finally getting the breath back in me.

6m easy

with Kim. Enjoyed another mile strolling with Vanessa. Breezy, cool, & bright here today. Life is good in the hood. Some nice speed work out there today Eden.
