61:12 run, 65:00 yoga

early this AM

Working.

40min run planned for after work.

4 miles

Zumba too! Running long with Suzanne, Britt and maybe Karen in am.

9am!

Be there or be square!

I'm gonna wear SHORTS!!!

How I

Wish I could be there. Saturday morning. Bright early spring sunshine. Seal Harbor beach, my old stomping ground...

I had a dream a couple nights ago: I was running the south ridge trail on Cadillac. Just granite, sky and water. Seven more weeks, Eden.

Anna

I would love to have the chance to run with you this summer, if you don't mind slowing down for this old girl.... :)

5 in Bath

Nice day, minus the wind. Looking forward to basking in the weather this weekend.

It started as a run

Maybe 30 mins of running and an hour of walking and stumbling on the power lines and trails leading off it, near the Ellworth/Trenton town line on Rte 3. Nice sunny day, but I was really cold and wet by the end. It will be great when there are runnable trails out there.

Who have I not hit up to complete a running and mood survey? I'd love your input and just need to find a way to meet up with you all in the next week or so. To all who have already completed one, thanks a million; they've already been mailed back. Spotter, Anna, Alyie, Dave T., and more I'd be happy to mail you one since I doubt I'll get a chance to run with any of you in the coming ten days...

Owl post it

or should I give you a muggle address?

Love to.

What's your email address? I'll email you my snail mail address if you want to go that way.

Or you can email me the survey (actravers@mta.ca) if you have it in electronic format.

A light day for me (4mi and a row) after yesterday. In response to the questions of several of you: no, I had already decided not to run the marathon at Sugarloaf (or anywhere else) this spring and despite being able to run that kind of distance well, that decision stands. The fifteen miler, perhaps, if I'm in the mood for it that weekend. I do have some semi-specific ideas about running a marathon but not for the immediate future.

Just because one could doesn't mean one should.

'Not necessary'

huh? ;-)

For the fiftieth time, it's a 15 K

Fifteen

Miler, fifteen K - whatever. I'd just figure that out on race day.

As a general method, follow the police car until it stops.

:D

6.5miles

Just got back in and its awesome out right now. Just a little wind, but it was really nice to run with the sun. Can't wait to enjoy more of it this weekend.

18M

in Stockton. By all accounts a thumbs up day except for the headwind. Funny thing is that I was one second faster than when I ran the same route on Saturday. Every Second Counts.

Rest...

...and can't wait to run long tomorrow! Marathon training, I have missed you.

Columbia - Last Chance - Mens 1 Mile

Riley just ran 3:59:07 at the New York Armory!
