What's your run?
easy with 4 x 4 min @ 2% incline. Not terribly steep but my legs are used to FLAT.
60 min ride.
with half walking. I don't feel that great, sore throat and low energy. I don't have strep though! The Dr. was kind enough to swab my throat during Oliver's doctor's visit. Good news...(I hope) Oliver and I are going to live!
the demo's say we need to fix the health care system. when they get done you won't see a doctor for weeks and never be sure if the test results are really yours!!! just ask Michele
bash the Canadian health care system, eh.
The American system does a great job for the small minority of people who can actually still afford to use it.
By contrast the Canadian system does a good-to-great job for absolutely everyone in the whole country.
So take your pick. But you all see which country I chose to have medical my work done in. Besides which, I'm friends with my doctor here.
and I am friends with my doctors here. and I never hear of Rick R or Austin T lining up in Calias to go find a doctor! so chill out . we all still have our choice of who we see for medical care we either have a plan /or pay out of pocket or pay more for food /rent or taxes and call it free.
If we pay out of pocket, it's $840 a month. Our family certainly couldn't swing it. We'd have no money left over for the hydro bill, among other things. Glad you have a great plan offered through work.
Thinking of Bob B since it was Tuesday. Not fast miles, but happy ones.
Glad I already got my entry in to the Flattop. Yay, I've locked in a shirt!
around town before training.
seawall campground-bass harbor fire department and back. After a hard day of roof repairs. We are still fixing places from all the wind damage.
... ruined the Camp Beech Cliff high ropes course.
:-(
you get to see all the trees that fell all the way up from the lake i have photos
as I heard the news secondhand from Ian, who was on the island climbing over the weekend and stopped in to survey the damage.
I hope we can have it all fixed for summer.
last i knew ,it took longer than that to grow trees that big!!!
followed fast and followed faster
5 seems to be the trend of late. I got to run with Melissa and Caroline, in her stroller. Impossible not to think of Shannon when there is good company and a stroller involved. Hope you feel better soon, Ginger & Oliver. Life is good in the hood.
And a 90 min row.
Quick run after work before it got too dark. (I say quick, but actually it was the slowest run I have done in some time!)
Speed work at the MDIHS track tomorrow!
Just to get the legs moving. Lifted and did treadclimber yesterday.
I have an odd soreness in my or adjacent to my hamstring that will bear monitoring. It's quite unfamiliar--hopefully plying The Stick will help make it go away.
