17 on Park Loop Road

Terry and I ran from town to the Loop Road past the Transfer Station, then out past Fabbri and back. That's a hilly stretch of road! It was a good run, though the hill coming back between the Precipice Trail and the Lab felt even longer and steeper than usual.

13 miles

for me, nice and easy. The run felt great, I needed it to feel great after last weekend's tough run. 10 min. miles are my friend:)

today, easy and relaxed. Felt pretty good today and included one decent hill. Yesterday (9 miles) was a little better, though.

...with CeCelia and DeLaney. We broke out the jogging stroller today; DeLaney hasn't gotten any lighter! :)
