Outside.

I'd rather it be colder and not windy than warm and blustery, like today, but the sunshine felt very nice. Vitamin D synthesis is a good boat, Eden, get on it! Many more long runs on days like this and I will get what my doctor calls the "weathered look."

Nice run this morning with To

Nice run this morning with Tom through the gravel pit.

Congrats on getting in, I didn't even try this year.

Some wind

but happily the precipitation held off. Ran an easy 8 out around Schooner Head. The trail felt good after all those hilly blacktop miles yesterday.

13 miles with Britt...

...here in SWH and Bass Harbor. Kind of windy and raw; really happy that we averaged 8:57s. She is great company!

in Stockton. Just checking out the sights and sounds.

Kerrymen's 5K

looks like it was postponed...

Due to the high winds/heavy rain being forecast and the possibility of downed power lines and trees, and on the recommendation of Public Safety officials, Mary's Walk and Kerrymen Pub 5K is postponed. Safety of our walkers and runners is our top priority.

The new date for Mary's Walk and Kerrymen Pub 5K is March 28th.

and

that is why i always carry high voltage gloves in my car!

10.7

Maybe I should have gone a little longer so I could say "this one goes to eleven" but I was only supposed to do 10, so I'm calling it good. Old Rte 3, Norway Dr, Crooked Rd, Knox Rd, Bayview Dr. Some wind, but not too bad. I'm pretty pleased about my pace too, it was a good solid run. I'm feeling great about this as I really didn't feel like running today.

6 miles

legs were a bit heavy going up the hills after yesterday's 13 miles.

70 min ET

15K run yesterday. I think that was my longest run this year, but it was fun. Nice and easy today and the pace was pretty gentle yesterday too. Life is good. Happy Birthday Karen! I am assuming you are 100% again with those miles Ms. Ginger.

8 miles

I ran for 8 miles. Good thing the weather is participating. Most of all thanks for my Asics Gel Kayano 15 running shoes.
