How do I get access to log my mileage on it?

One of the

Wizards with web editing privileges will send you an owl (i.e., emailed written instructions) as soon as your name has been added.

After that you will click the Edenometer link and use your email address and a password of your choosing to access the spreadsheet.

I am not one of the wizards and know nothing more about that process. But I am so very glad to have one more active posting Eden member there!

Tuesdi, what's your email? You can send it to stikitoad@hotmail.com (mine) if you don't want to post it here. As Anna noted, the Edenometer is happy for your miles! It's cool to see how far we've run collectively.

There isn't a new sheet for these two weeks - I don't know that spell - but I know that Judy is updating it sometime this week.

Get out your violins

So ended up taking Sat AND Sun off. Ooops. Just no time yesterday, and I had maybe a little too much fun Saturday night. I felt better out there than I did Fri - but not a lot. Did EL counterclockwise. Had to actually walk a couple tenths of a mile on the hill...My legs felt like lead. The last few miles were slightly better. Tell me it wasn't just me, and that the breathing is TERRIBLE out there, today. No oxygen.

swim/run

swim 2,050 yards this morning and ran 5 mile TM tempo at lunch to keep Jason company. Jason walked 2.5 miles.

35 min ET & 100 Kettle Bell Swings

I also got to stroll with Vanessa a couple miles this morning and smell all the blossoms. Good 10 miler, I think my longest of the year, yesterday, all pretty gently paced stuff. It has gotten warm quickly down here. Big Hershey Meet was held Saturday and went well. Enough back posting. Life is good in the hood.
