13.1 mi run // 65 min yoga

good morning.

Early Risers Club

6m around EL. Clockwise, to shake things up because I am bored. Felt decent, didn't really struggle which was nice. Slow of course, but a nice run overall. Great temp. Some wind. Have a good day!
Alyie - still nothing on Edenometer...?????

working on it!

Judy should email you an invite soon. Thanks for keeping it in mind and being patient.

It's raining in Skowhegan.

signed up

for the loaf.

Michelle, glad you are ok.

yeah

yeah

Yesterday

Got in a great 5miler in Trenton with Shannon, Tom and Michele. It was fantastic to have a support crew there to help encourage me through the last bit of my marathon training. I'm feeling confident about Sugarloaf.

I enjoyed catching up w/ Michele, and hearing about Jason and how hard he has been working on his health. Looking forward to seeing him post here soon. And I got to hear Michele's story of her close call with the truck yesterday, so glad she's didn't get seriously hurt. She only flipped off one vehicle during our run yesterday :)

Today after work I plan to do the flat 4.

And today on my ride I held b

And today on my ride I held back and flipped NO one although Surry school bus #8 derserved it.

The bus driver

might have deserved it - but what about the poor school kids?

Let's save the one finger salutes for the drivers who wave bikers across and try to run them down on purpose and the tourists driving RentAnRVs with no idea where they are or where they're going (or that they can't drive on carriage roads).

It is far too early in the season for all this - I am sure we will have plenty of opportunities yet to NOT share the road this summer.

4 miles @ HH

Easy does it.

9.6M

mp3 player battery pooched 8M into the run.

That happens

to me sometimes and it sucks. I try to turn it off and save power for two minutes of tunes to get me up the hard hills.

No run for me today.

Still no MP3...

...player for me. I'm not saying it's bad at all, I'm just not sure how I'd react with one on now that I've run for this long without a music player. I'd probably freak out or fall into a ditch or something.

2000 yd. swim

and a failed trip to do errands; high winds in Skowtown have knocked out power on the other side of town.

Eagle Lake

Had some bad juju to work out of the system, so my tempo run ended up being a little spicy. Ran bridge to bridge in 38:13, 6 seconds slower than I ran last fall. I haven't run fast in 3 weeks so it took a while, but I got rolling after a while.

Also 5 miles nice and slow with Terry out Schooner Head yesterday.

6+ @ Lunch, 7+ after work

Nice day for a double.

Treadmill miles during the downpour in the morning.
