swim/run

Morning swim and afternoon run for both Wednesday and Thursday, and a walk at the track with Mr. Jay. Yesterday, I had the great pleasure to run 1/2 mile with Derek Hayes, 1/4 mile with marylynn, and ran about 1 mile with Louie Luichini. I also ran with music for the first time. Loved it.

11.3M

happy the site is back. thanks B! marathon racers for Sunday are broken in.

45 mins on the arc, 30 mins o

45 mins on the arc, 30 mins on the recumbent and 1 mile on the treadmill.

Cycle

Loop Rd + twice up Caddy.

Is it sweet to be back in the saddle!

3 miles Manset...

...last hometown run before Sugarloaf. I am feeling wonderful. Bring It On!!!!!

La vie est belle

nice attitude miss S. Looking forward to cheering you on. It is going to be a great day! My husband came back early so I will be there for sure.

Michele

I am so happy you will be there. I am counting on you for the last miles. :)

core and spin

30 min on the bike trainer and some core. 6 for yesterday and a short paddle to the twinnies from Northeast creek. Mowed on tuesday (which doesn't count cuz it's a riding mower but it's what i did instead of run:)

Eagle Lake

after work. Was hard with the lingering effects of this cold. Nothing like a run to beat the "bugs" into submission

Go Sugarloaf runners!

I'll be thinking of you guys all morning, hoping for tired smiles at the finish line:)

I think I'll check out the 5 miler in Ellsworth Saturday. I like that distance a lot.

Zumba today and working a double. I'll be teaching my firt class June 11, maybe sooner if I'm ready. Much harder than I thought to execute all of the moves without Maegan's cueing.

Road Bike

I want to buy a used road bike and I only want to spend 200 dollars.

Road Bike

I will keep my eye out for one. Sorry you missed my deal of the century, but I bet Holly isn't....

Go Sugarloafers!

Enjoying seeing that a few of you are gripped by taper madness. What a fun, totally disorienting time. : ) Okay, maybe not perfectly fun, but it's interesting to see what your body does when it's being flooded with energy that it can't yet burn off. You'll get your chance this weekend!

I will be babysitting this weekend and will be sad to miss it. I'll be cheering for you guys from here, and still need to meet up with you Suzanne in order to hand off those triberry gus. Have fun crew!

Tom and I ran 10 second hills on grass, with short warm up and cooldown. No idea on distance or time. Fun!

Shannon

Don't worry about the gu....I bought six on the chance that you and I might not have been able to make our schedules work to see each other. I will miss seeing you Sunday!
