after hiking North Bubble. Hip and shoulder exercises.
No Finish Line about Marla Runyan - A must read. Made me think a lot about how people train, overtrain, and at the end of the day how the race is all within you (you need to believe). We cannot control all that is happening around us but we can control what is happening within us. I liked that although her disability is a key part of the book and her life, it is clear that it is not the focus of her life and therefore not the focus of the book.

I'm thinking workouts pushing DeLaney are not much fun. lol
I will not be at the track tomorrow. My Dad is having another surgery and my brother will be here from NY.
6 at lunch on the tm with company.
45 on the Arc, 30 mins on the recumbent and a failed attempt to figure out the stair stepper machine. Our little workout room was packed at lunch time, was great having so many great folks there, really helps to pass the time.
11.1 miles. First time completing Around Mountain, my longest run ever. CCW from Brown Mtn. gatehouse. Spectacular day. 1:38:37
