Tri-lakes with Kevin and Doug this morning. It was a little toastier than what we're used to, but it was a great run nonetheless. We saw Bob C. and (briefly) Becky at the parking lot and got to say hello to Bob B. and Vanessa along the way.

With Doug and Mark (as already noted). I agree that it was definitely a good run, despite the heat.

It was busier at Eagle Lake than I've seen it yet this year. Parking lot was full before 8am.

AM: 2.25 miles with CeCelia here in SWH. DeLaney is running a low grade fever, but still wanted to visit her Grandma, so we squeezed in a short run.

PM: 8 miles at the track starting at 9:30 pm. CeCelia and I went to the Band on the Run fundraiser. I sprinkled in some speed work (4 X 400) in the middle. Really fun to run under the lights, and for a great cause...I just wish dinner had been more digested. :)
