I promised CeCelia I would keep her company during her workout....I did alternating 200s of walking and slow jogging. My hip is not 100% but it is a lot better. Fun to be in the rain this time of year!

I plan to make it to the track after work. As long as it's not a downpour, I'm all good. Hope to see others there!
Funny how parking was not an issue this a.m. Looking forward to fun at the track tonight, rain or not. Glad your hip is getting better Suzanne. Life is good in the woods.
My medals for the Flamingo 4 Miler came in today....they are Pinkalicious!!!!! :)
way too funny . . . i am also a fan of the color pink but probably not as much as you are. You should post a picture of the pink medals.
No way! You gotta come to the race to see one!!!! :)
I will be busy in geneva that day, working very hard on the bike to make sure that Tim Tunney does not pass me too early.
I will miss you during my very first effort as a Race Director!
Rain running and pink medals, what a kick.
I'll be at the track tonight doing threshold 1200s. Will look forward to seeing all there and hope someone feels like jumping in on the same set!

to seawall from my house, picked up by Bonnie.
...during the local news.
