I promised CeCelia I would keep her company during her workout....I did alternating 200s of walking and slow jogging. My hip is not 100% but it is a lot better. Fun to be in the rain this time of year!

Today

I plan to make it to the track after work. As long as it's not a downpour, I'm all good. Hope to see others there!

pm brick - bike 1h45 plus 6 mile run followed by a dip into the bay. the run was solid thanks to Jason's support. he lives right where I do lot of my training.
