group power

at the Y. that will be it today. I did 4 days of 'substantial' workouts this week so far including a double on Monday, and I'm feeling the need for Rest.

WHP

This morning, with my friend Eve who's here for the week on vacation. She's jealous that we get to run the carriage roads all the time here :)

Tomorrow I may go for a run around EL in the morning. I'm taking a few days off and going to NH, yay!

Foot

My foot is officially injured and it has me pretty bummed out. I am unable to do my C25k runs and even working on the Arc Trainer and Bike is pretty painful. The pain is on the top of my foot, about half way between the toes and the ankle. Not sure what to make of it, but I do know I don't like it. I don't have time to be injured.

call kirby but i say advil, I

call kirby but i say advil, ICE, and rest for a few days. It is probably time to incorporate stretching too.

Under Control

I've got the situation under control, Kirby is supposed to be by later. Ice helped a lot yesterday and it is feeling better today, I think I have a shoe issue.

Have fun this weekend.

5

Nice day out Schooner Head way. Ran slow, enjoyed it.

EL Stroll & some rowing

Enjoyed a beautiful late afternoon stroll with Vanessa about EL & got to see Brian zip by. Some XT with a short 18 min row at 2:16/500m pace. Good track workout yesterday with Shannon leading the circuit training, including Kevin, Britt, Maggie, & me. Good to also see Mary, Annie, Peter, Mark, & Brian. Life is good in the woods.

Easy 4 today

Just did an easy and slow 4 miles in the late evening. A perfect way just to get the legs moving a little after the hard track workout yesterday. Thanks to Shannon for planning a good track/circuit session.
