Why do I always seem to pick the hot n humid days to go to the track? It was great to have such a crew there yesterday to help w/ the motivation. There was no way I was going to do ladders, I did 1min easy, 3min hard, then 4x200 w/ 200 walk in between. 2 sets of that, plus 1mi w/u and .5c/d, put me at about 4.35. We missed you Shannon!

Bailed on Judy and group power this morning as it's shaping up to be a crazy day since I'm going out of town tomorrow. Hope to get in a few miles at dusk.

Jason, I heart my garmin too. Hope you're not worried about pace at this point though, C25K is all about just getting it done. When I did C25K I did it by time, not distance. The Schaefer 5k is next weekend, it is my favorite race. Are you going to do it? You could walk it, or walk/run, it's a gorgeous course.

apparently I am not meant to say anything more, it got eaten again.

I'm also doing by time since it's easier for me to manage. I'm not too worried about my pace, more curious than anything. On the treadmill I know that I'm running at 5MPH and I'm walking at 3.2MPH. When I go outside I have no idea what I'm doing. I can get an average speed based on the distance and time, but I want to separate them out, not that it is really important, but I'm a numbers guy I want to know. Of course in 2 weeks I'll be to the point where it's running only so it won't matter so much.

I have 45 min on the Arc Trainer today and that's all. No second workout today.
