What's your run?

8 miles

60:40

Yesterday

Got in a foggy, dusky, 5k after work on Bayview. I saw a fox, and a HUGE deer. The deer just stood there as I ran past, and the fox didn't trot off until I was maybe 15 feet away. Very cool.

No run for me today. I'm driving down to MA to see my bro and family, and tomorrow I'm doing a 10k race.

Good luck to all the Beach to Beacon folks!

with Shannon, Helen, Kevin, Adria, & Zoe. The company was excellent, though I will confess to dragging before the end (at least 2 trips needed to haul ass). While I'd love to think all that weight loss was fat loss, I think I may be a few quarts low, which I'm about to fix. Life is good in the woods & even better with good company. Cool criter sightings Ms. D. Good luck tomorrow Eden racers!

11 miles

Gotcha! Not really, but I need to. I'm not doing it alone, cause....I don't wanna. Tue or Thur. would work for me:) I may have to bail out of the half marathon if I don't get 11 miles in. So....my running career is in your hands, Eden;)

Bob B. I got your message. I haven't had childcare in the morning (kids aren't in camp this summer) plus I teach Zumba Wed. and Fri. I couldn't even make it all the way around the lake the other day:( I had to walk a bunch, it was either the humidity or I'm out of running shape, prob. the latter. I need to start upping the miles. I can't wait for school to start so I can go to the lake, I'm really starting to miss everyone:( I've recently been looking at all of my running t-shirts I've earned and the memories behind them. I'm ready to get started up again!

I have been walking bits for the past couple days too. I agree, it's either the humidity or I'm in lousy shape. And one thing I'm definitely not is is out of running trim. You'll get your 11 miles -- if you keep on doing the sensible thing and taking it easy now.

Today's cooler anyway. :D

Thanks Anna

It helps hearing you say that:)
