I was a bad girl and slept instead of meeting Judy at Duck Brook at 6:30 like I was supposed to. I looked at the clock and it was 5:30, and next thing I knew it was 7:00. How'd that happen? Now I must run after work, probably the flat 4 with Oy.

I am so excited for the Schaefer 5k this weekend, it's my favorite!!! Last year was a big PR for me when I finished in under 30min, I'm hoping the magic course will give me another PR this year. Maybe we should try for a new Eden boat photo too :)

pigfarm road. I saw 3 girls on fourwheelers, wearing string bikinis! In my 10 years running there that is a first. If that won't motivate me nothing will!

9 miles yesterday with Julie. Longest I've run in a looong time. Felt great averaging 9:30 pace.

Three - point - four - in - twenty - seven

BF with the little guy in the jog stroller - he was also barefoot! It's been awhile since I've run with him (gasp, pant, wheeze). I have just days remaining as a twentysomething, and my legs were trying to convince me that I'm feeling old tonight. Or it could've been those 3 weeks off....

I'm nursing some injuries so

I'm nursing some injuries so I haven't run in three weeks myself. Besides, I was out on the bike getting rained on in the dark with a bunch of crazies. And no complaining about getting old because you are almost 30!!!

Beautiful run. I enjoyed seeing Vanessa and passing a couple of horses, but I think you get the wildlife sighting award for today John M! Life is good in the woods.
