No run for me today. I am recovering from Eliott's sleepover party. I will never run fast if I keep the "see food" diet going.
I was a victim of that diet yesterday....seems to have nulled Friday's workout!!!!
I'm suffering the same problem unfortunately. I really need to get my head back in this. 3 weeks with no weight loss and a 1.4lbs GAIN this week is unacceptable. I need someone to kick my butt.
Come to the track Wednesday night; I promise I would be more than happy to provide positive encouragement... in the form of giving you a heck of a workout. : )
Actually, my workouts aren't my problem, I'm hitting all of those pretty much, which is good because it's good damage control, it's my eating that is the problem.
And I will be at the track next Wednesday night for First Strides.

Surprised two lovers on the Day Mtn hill.
Longest run for me for the summer so far. Had a great time with Bob sending me off and Mark, Ron, Doug and Terry hauling me in. Lots of great chatter and I was happy to be in the mix again.
Bob C, I need you to call me about that porch in Trenton if possible.
MikeUp, I hope you'd be able to call me as well. Letitia is trying to contact you this week.
