in the hood. No pain. First run since Aug 1. 8:10 pace. I feels good to be back!!

Generally your first run of the week b/c of malaise isn't 400s, but thanks to Bob B., Mary, Shannon and Kevin I made it through 8 of them at a good clip. And I felt better after than before, so that's always a good sign. 6.5 total miles.
