60 min Arc Trainer, 30 min C25k W6D2, and now icing my shins, ouch.

Mike Up, my enigmatic neighbor, you will appreciate that for some reason I purchased a pair of the Vibram 5-Fingers Bikilas. But I did the run in brand new Asics DS Trainers.

Generally your first run of the week b/c of malaise isn't 400s, but thanks to Bob B., Mary, Shannon and Kevin I made it through 8 of them at a good clip. And I felt better after than before, so that's always a good sign. 6.5 total miles.
