What's your run?

Adrenaline shot

run: 2 mi (really super easy no watch)
bike: 31 mi (1:55)
run: 4 mi (30:04)

Took a spill on the bike and have some road rash to prove it. Nothing major and I'm fine. Chatter has a flat and a bent piece on an eggbeater pedal, so I'd say she came out worse of it than I did.

18 miles

Ran 18 miles before work. I wanted 20 but started way too late too pull that off. Alyie, sorry to hear you fell off the bike and glad you are ok.

4 @ 7:25

....last 2 bf. Glad you're ok, Alyie!
It seems that my feet have found their way into the Ellsworth paper....

pace or time?

Guessing pace since I know you run early.

Mostly when we do an @ around here it's time

Yup, pace.

Time was 5:15.

I saw that! The store got some love in that article too!

Come to the track festival!

I hope to see lots of folks at the track at 6:00 on Saturday night! Come run a 3k, see if you can predict your mile pace, or cheer on kids taking a triumphant lap of their own.

If you can't or don't want to run, you can always help out the guy who's trying to organize the thing (!!!), so please stop by regardless and enjoy a lovely evening with perhaps a little sweat thrown in.

Roger is starting each day running aleast a marathon 'somedays more before Hogan takes over
20 days in a row and they have go almost 1000 miles and are in N.C.
follow the photos on face book

Hogan is awesome

we had a few classes together at school.

Yay!

I ran 11 miles with Julie. It went very well, avg. 9:45 pace. I was able to chat and enjoy the run at that pace. HOpefully the half marathon will go as well. I was certainly glad to have a pleasant run after Schaefer- Ouch!!

:)

You're going to do great! I wondered how your legs felt in Zumba this morning...

legs felt fine

still not 100% with energy though. I did get a protein shake like you said. It really helped. I think I've been eating too much junk and not drinking enough water.

Now....off to the Y for a workout that Lisa T. destroyed, it will be a challenge for me. She is running so well and is inspiring me to do the same. We're looking forward to playing tag in the NEH 5 miler next weekend!
