Cliff's Notes Word of the Week:
shallow-pate
(shal'ō pāt')

One who lacks depth or intelligence.

There were Mr. and Mrs. Merriman, a pretty vivacious little woman in the thirties; her husband, a jovial fellow, something of a shallow-pate, who laughed a good deal at other people's witticisms, and had thereby made himself extremely popular.

From Kate Chopin's The Awakening.

45 Arc Trainer, 37 C25k W6D3. Ran 25 min and covered 1.95 mi sandwiched between 5ish min warm up/cool down walks. Very, very happy with myself. I'm now at the point in C25k where there are no more walk breaks. Only a warm up walk and then all running to the end. Next week I have 3 25 min runs, the week after 3 28 min runs and then the final week of 3 30 min runs.

Jason

"A" run with a nice respite with Vanessa in the last mile and met a couple of new runners. Passed a couple of bikes (I love that). Jason, I second Suzanne's feedback. Nice job. Life is good in the woods.
