I'm planning to do the track tonight, rain or not. I hope others are, too.

60 min arc trainer and hopefully 2ish tonight at the track, need to run 25min. This will be my first run in the rain and my first run on a track.

I plan to be there as long as it's not heavy rain.

An "A" run this morning at Eagle Lake and a great group at 1st Strides. Very impressive having folks show up and run despite the wet stuff. Life is good in the woods, wet or dry.

Great time at First Strides and got in W7D2, 25 min 2.13mi if my math is right.
