Saw V&B near sign post 6 and to set the record straight the 4 word sentence by ~2yo grand-daughter was "where are you misa" to get me to play peak-a-boo with her.

at the Y this afternoon. 45 min on the Arc Trainer.

4 with Lisa T:) Lisa was telling me that in order to be a life guard in ANP you have to be able to run 1.5 miles in 12 min. I did it! I wasn't sure I would be able to do it since I've slowed down. It was a nice boost. I don't want to be a life guard, just playing running games.
