Got in 3.4 this morning before work with Oy. Even at 7am, it was still muggy; glad I got out early today.

45 Arc Trainer and 37 C25k W8D3. Covered 2.19mi, pretty slow out there today, it was hot.
We have conceded to Earl and the concerns expressed by a probable participant, or two. The Jack Russell's Steakhouse Downhill Mile will NOT be held tomorrow morning. Check this site early next week for details about the new race date.
ABP/7Br + East EL. A little cooler than the last couple of days, plus there was some fog setting in so it made actually for a nice run in 57:07. I was surprised that Eagle Lake was so quiet. I only saw 1 runner and 1 biker out there. Shocking!
The cyclist was me, commuting.
