run: 12.5 mi swim: 20 x 100 on 1:45 easy
45 on the arc and First Strides tonight. 30 min run on tap.
Labor Day I got in 10.2mi.. I was going to do 12, but ran out of daylight again. EL clockwise, then west side of EL out and back. Took it nice n easy, but managed to do it 6min faster than last week's run of the same distance.
Don't know if I'll be able to make it to the Downhill Mile on Saturday, we'll see.
Looking forward to seeing folks at First Strides after work.

ELx2. Felt fantastic, great company! I kept things nice and easy on the first lap and ended very strong. Avg. 9:48's overall. I'm really looking forward to the Half Marathon:)
