What's your run?
AM: 9 mi run PM: swim meet -2700 yds with a 500 in 6:24 and a 1000 in 13:05. I was in back-to-back heats but I'm not sure more rest would have improved the 1000 time; I have about the same pace for everything ;-) I won the 500 and the women's 1000 (though one guy beat me).

Much, much better than yesterday.
Hadley Pt and Bayview Dr. This cold (sickness, not temp) is tenacious. Energy-wise, I'm fine, but my lungs are certainly annoyed. Runs like today's help a lot. Even managed to soak in some sun, so perhaps there are a few IU of natural Vit D circulating in my system. Just a few.

I'm dealing with one too. Mine is sinuses. I feel like I'm running with my head - not the rest of me, just my head - under water. Hopefully warmer toward midweek will help both of us. If Tuesday gets up into the mid-forties as promised, I am looking forward to a shorts run.
