[Sunday, September 25. Sunday Run]

Hi all! I hope you will all come and run with me Sunday morning in Southwest Harbor. I'm at the end of Seal Cove Rd, just below the campground. I will give you a scenic and challenging course to run, and Bonnie will make you breakfast after!!! Many different distance options, I will have maps. P.S. Chris G you know this one! 8 am sharp :)
