Extended Sunday Group Run Schedule

At the risk of seeming overly optimistic, here's a schedule for four more weeks of Sunday runs on the carriage roads:

Dec 4 - Eagle Lake
Dec 11 - Parkman Mtn
Dec 18 - Duck Brook Bridge
Dec 25 - Hull's Cove Visitor Center

This schedule will be modified if/when the carriage roads become un-runnable and we shift our efforts to the regular roads. I think we should get creative this year, and think of ways to make these runs more enticing and interesting. Any ideas?

we can have snowball fights after we run!

or during, that'd make it really interesting.

Black House Trail Run

Also another option: Sunday, December 11th 9:00 A.M.
An open training run on trails(mostly flat with some roots, and rocks.) This is a run I have every year this year is the 4th and is just a repeating 2 mile loop with an aid table at one end. I supply warm soup etc. also timing for those who want it. If there is snow bring your snowshoes or cramp-ons. Any distance is okay and we usually bring one can of food each and I run them other to the Emaus Ctr. Call me for more details 288-3909.
