Thursday Run @ 4P.MMeet Eagle Lake..

If anyone is up for a run there are runs at Eagle Lake every week at 4 P.M. I plan on running most Thursday's so if anyone (John M.)wants any company for a run then meet at Eagle Lake rain or shine.

Nice.

Hi John, It was great to run with you yesterday. Let's keep the Thursday group going. It is nice to just run for the company. I take care of my other training on my own so we need run/s like this for fun.
