Flat Top 5K call for volunteers

Here's your big chance to get a head start in the Volunteer of the Year contest.

Please indicate below if you are able to volunteer this Saturday at the 5K. Sara H. has offered to staff a table for EA gear and registration. Anyone else available?

The table

Hey Chris. I am planning on being there tomorrow. What time should I get there (remember the Hougans are always late to races)? Where is the stuff - gear, membership forms, etc? Should I bring our card table?

EA table at Flat Top

I think if you got there around 8:30 that would work fine. Liddy has all the EA gear. We might as well try to sell everything - singlets ($30) and shorts $20), hats ($15), red training t-shirts ($20), and the remaining Rolling Bones long sleeve t's ($10). Tom K. told me there would be a long table there that we could use.

The easiest thing to do would probably be to print a membership form from the site and make a few copies. If Tim T would also bring some forms with him, and help sign folks up before and after the race that would be a great help.
