Eden Athletics of Mt. Desert Island in association with Cadillac Mountain Sports, and the MDI YMCA presents two Halloween road races for the price of one:
The Rolling Bones 5K
Saturday, October 27, 2007 at 9:00 am Starting and finishing near the Bar Harbor Village Green and running south along Main Street, this course is flat and fast. Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place males and females and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female age group winners in the following divisions: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. A Perpetual Trophy will be awarded to the first open, high school and middle school teams (M and F) of 5 or more entrants.
The Ledgelawn Halloween Mile
Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at 5:00 pm Run just prior to Bar Harbor’s Halloween festivities, this race starts and finishes on Park Street near the MDI YMCA and runs out and back on Ledgelawn Avenue which will be closed to auto traffic for the evening. All ages and costumes are encouraged! Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place males and females and 1st place male and female age group winners: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 + up.
Cost: $8 pre-registration for both races (before 10/26), $10 on Sunday for both races, $5 for just the Mile. Race T-shirts are $12. Make checks payable to Eden Athletics and mail to 6 Park Street, Bar Harbor, ME 04609.
These races are part of the Eden Athletics--Jack Russell’s Steakhouse Points Series.

successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise
out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
