...a threat for more of the same

So you think contacting a local newspaper editor will help make your case that you are somehow victims of something? We spoke to our good friend at the news who contacted us with a concern and we happily filled him in on the rest of the story that you left out (remember there are always two sides to every story and good reporters always take the time to get all the facts)

We of course included copies of the latest e-mail negativity (dated 11-1-06) from Ms Ganz that was received after our sincere offers to work with your group. We also reminded him that what you called a swastika was actually the reverse of that symbol and if you might have taken the time to look at it more closely you'd have seen that it was actually the hindu symbol for peace, so as per usual with your group, there you go again jumping to conclusions and then crying about it to anyone who will listen. Of course after we filled in the pieces of the story that you conveniently left out we got a "thanks!" in return

Thank you for finally giving back our domain, this of course should not have ever been taken and held on to it for almost 2 years not matter what reason you can fabricate. It was then and always will be, just plain wrong.

We have noticed that the EA club site we agreed to transfer still appears not to be in your possession and wonder if you've all completed the steps to make this transfer happen? Or have you again jumped to a conclusion and started screaming bloody murder? As per our promise the domain is all yours to do with as you please in return for giving ours back. If the transfer hasn't gone thru its certainly not due to our wishes to keep it or to keep this going. We're thrilled that it finally seems as if we are back to a place where we can at least reciprocate.

With that said, we want a public apology from your editor which touches on the following points and the other obvious ones that have resulted in the division of our running community:

* misuse of confidential passwords that were provided to him
* his decision to remake the Crow Athletics web site
* his call for starting a new club rather than admit any wrong doing in these matters
* his misuse of our attempts to bring out the facts above.

We are happy your group has finally seen the light and have now given back the domain you 'obtained' from us which has been a bitter point of contention for almost two long years. With that said we are prepared to do whatever we may choose to continue to bring out the facts of what really happened and by whatever means we might need to utilize to get them out there. We have secured another domain that will be of great interest to your group and absolutely promise not to do anything with it. An apology would end round two before it starts and be the end of this from our standpoint for once and for all. If this fight does start again it will make everything that has happened prior seem like pre-school. We're quite prepared to fight on as long as it takes, so its completely up to you and your choice if you'd like to carry on as we have been or end this mess now. We look forward to reading a public apology from your editor as soon as possible.
