A Brief Description of This Year's Event
· This is a point-to-point 10K race, one of the fastest 10K races in Georgia. In 2004 both the Men's and Women's Course records were broken. Wilson Komen, Marietta - 29:49 and Valerie Young, Marietta - 33:59. In 2005 the Men's Course record was broken by Ryan Kirkpatrick in 29:11. In 2006 the Women's Course record was broken by Janet Cherobon by 2 seconds at 33:57.
· Parking will be at the start (Target Store on Johnson Ferry Rd in Sandy Springs).
· Buses will transport runners back to the start from the finish for ALL post-race activities and awards.

· Top 5 M & F - $500, $300, $200, $100, $50
· Top 3 Masters M & F - $400, $300, $200, $100, $50
· Top 2 Grandmaster M & F- $100, $50
· USATF 10K Open Championship race awards to USATF members
· Part of Run & See Georgia Grand Prix Series.

· Online registration - $25 at www.active.com until thru 2/17/07, 11 pm EST. $30 2/18/07 and after.
· In-store at Fleet Feet Sports, Sandy Springs (404-255-3338) $25 beginning Jan. 30-Feb. 17, 2007. $30 after 2/17/07 thru 3/01/07. $35 FINAL registration - Friday March 2, 2007.
· $25 By Mail if postmarked by Feb. 17, 2007. $30 late registration applies to Feb. 18th and after.
· Part of Run & See Georgia Grand Prix Series.
