EL with Karen

A fast run with Karen this morning around EL in 51 and some change. Saw Ginger at the end. I am meeting up with Ginger tomorrow at LLP at 8:30 if anyone is interested. All are welcome.:)

Faster Today

Brian and I ran our 6@6 a little bit faster today. Brian kept the effort honest going up the hill, and then we cruised for the final four miles.

3 days in a row of running and my legs are tired. I guess it's part of getting back into shape...

with 4.5 at tempo moderato. Forgot to mention that I almost had a tree fall on me yesterday. I heard some strange loud popping noises overhead, but didn't pay it much attention. About five minutes later, on my return past the same spot, there was a 24-inch diameter tree down, partially obstructing the path. Yikes!

lucky you are so fast.

Batteries are almost recharged. I get to do my first run on Tuesday. I'm going to bike everyday so I can get back into shape a little faster. Big race in Freeport on the 4th of July. Wait until you see the field showing up.

Zap guys did really well last weekend. Kyle and Thomas Pr'd again in the 5-k running 13:33 and 13:36. Ryan ran 8:41 in the 3-k Steeplechase. Amazing stuff.
