What's your run?
Caught my first leaf of the season!
1:38 It was a great run, with pretty loops through town and Manset. I needed this run! I think 10 is about my limit with her; she loved it but running up Long Hill without walking was challenging for me.
So nice to get to chat with Holly at the XC meet yesterday. CeCelia took 2 minutes off her time from last year- YAY!
Amy and I should be ready to start running Sargent's Drive at 10:30/10:45. I hope you can meet us at the Neighborhood house then! Nice running today:) Julie, will we see you there for a mile or two?
Haydn has to be at work at 10am, so I will continue on to NEH after I drop him off at the SW Food Mart. DeLaney and I will see you then! :) (I hope we can keep up! *grinning nervously*)
I have lots of work to do, but I'll have Kasch so I don't anticipate I'll be getting much paperwork done...I'm just not sure about running on Sargent's Drive pushing him...
don't worry Julie! We'll keep you, Suzanne, ans babies shielded.
open water swim sun and water slipping off my shoulders, they're tan like chocolate
Mark, Kevin, Matt, Maggie and Steve around eagle lake. Maggie paced us around for a 45 minute run! One extra mile with Steve running out to Meet Craig and Joanne, Diane, Bonnie and James. We had two different running groups today and a walking group. Nice to be outside today.
I was going to say we ran with Matt, but I had planned to forget mentioning a) he'd already run 6 miles, and b) he was pushing Maggie. Oh well, even so it was the quickest EL I've done for a while. It felt great. 7 total with the warmdown out and back to and from the returning walking group.
Maggie and I were just trying to keep up. Felt great out there. 14 in total, including 6 by myself without Maggie, 6 with the crew around Eagle Lake, and 2 more out-and-back to witch hole. I've finally got my mileage back into the 50s and the legs feel good... (knock-on-wood)
Bob and I enjoyed a few miles with Craig and Joanne, Bonnie, Diane, and James. The conversation was great. It was good seeing such a big crowd this morning at 8:00. Beautiful morning. It sure felt funny not running, but enjoyed it very much.
8-9 on the carriage roads out near the gatehouse. my legs are screaming at me - the hills were relentless after yesterdays long run. i am going to embrace the snooze button and the elliptical machine tomorrow morning.
after a nineteen miler. Enjoy your snooze button with no guilt!
17 by accident for me. I was shooting for 14-15 but wasn't at home and was at the mercy of other folks' ideas for routes. I used the car's odometer after I finished because I was kind of cross that a theoretical 15 took me as long as it did. So I guess that's good for the readjusted pace of my run, but a sad commentary that I could do the whole route with a vehicle after and no trails were involved.
just a hike up to Katahdin Stream Falls today... and now time to pack up the car for the 45th Annual Bangor Labor Day 5 Mile Road Race in the morning. Hope to see many of you there!
PS - I did find 12 cents along the way... :0)
