Am new to Eden Athletics- just wondering how long you run on sundays and approx. paces. Are there a variety of abilities running?

We have a good range of paces represented (7 to 12 min miles) on any given Sunday. The entire group usually splits up in to smaller ones which then cover a range of distances from 6 to 20 miles. And sometimes people bring baked goods we all enjoy as folks converge back on the Eagle Lake parking lot. So there are days when it pays not to run too long. Please come join us.
