Greetings!

After a successful nominations process, we have an excellent slate of candidates and are now ready to vote.

These are the offices and the candidates (screen names in parentheses) for whom you may vote. The description of each officer’s responsibilities is included as well for your consideration.

PRESIDENT. The president shall preside at all meetings of the Association and shall coordinate the work of the officers to promote the objectives and policies of the Association. It shall be the duty of the president to enforce the Bylaws as well as the policies set forth by the Association.

Candidate:

VICE PRESIDENT. The vice president shall act as an aide to the president; perform the duties of the president in the absence or inability of that officer to serve; and coordinate and monitor volunteers.

SECRETARY. The secretary shall record minutes at meetings and keep a file of such minutes. When requested, the secretary shall also conduct the correspondence of the Association.

Treasurer
TREASURER. The treasurer shall keep all monies of the Association and shall keep an accurate record of the receipts and expenditures and shall pay out of funds in accordance with the approved budget as authorized by the Association. The treasurer shall present a financial statement at each meeting of the Association and at other such times as requested by the president.

MEMBERSHIP CHAIRMAN. The membership chairman shall administer all matters related to membership in the Association, including the application, fees, renewals, and management of the roster database.

MEMBERS AT LARGE. Members at large shall perform such tasks as are assigned them by the president from time to time.

To cast your votes, please send an email to vote@edenathletics.com. Please include your name at the bottom of the email and restrain any urge to vote more than once. This email will send your votes to Sara and Jean, who will individually tally the results. The deadline for "ballots" to be emailed is December 15 and we hope to get the results out to everyone very quickly afterwards. We wish to thank all of our candidates for their willingness to serve our club as officers and to each of you for your participation. Those few members without email addresses have been mailed a paper ballot. You will also see a copy of this in your email box. Ready, set, VOTE!
