Suzanne, you did great! We both struggled on our long runs, I think the struggle makes us stronger. You had a big jump in mileage, so finishing is great! You made it, Judson knew you would, I did too:)

19 minutes running on the snowshoes, but with the rain we got i kept falling thrugh the crusty layer trying to run easy wasn't happening so I made my best transition attempt, less tan a 30 seconds and ran along the road for another 26 minutes easy. Decided to keep things pretty easy today since I had that workout yesterday and tomorrow I've got another workout. Plus my legs were really tired today.
