MDI High School Interact Club has chosen Gambia as their international project. Interact is a community service club. They have chosen a run/walk event as their fundraiser.

When: March 1, 2008 (Rain/snow date March 20th)

Where: MDI High School Track

Time: 2:30-6:00 pm (Arrive any time in that time frame.)

How: After Monday February 11th, go to local schools, libraries or community centers on MDI for pledge form(s). Get friends and family to sponsor you for a fixed amount and then come run or walk. All payments must be passed in at the event. If you would like to mail a donation, please send it to the MDI High School by the event date. All checks should be payable to Interact Club.

Awards: There will be prizes for the most laps run or walked in all of the following divisions: M/F 0-10, 11-19, 20-49, and 50+. Also, a prize will be awarded to the male and female who are the highest donators.

There will also be a bake sale.
