Friday, February 22, 2008:Jogging is very beneficial. It's good for your legs and your feet. It's also very good for the ground. It makes it feel needed. Charlie Schultz yeh but I went swimming today at the pool...first time in 2 years I think. Did some laps...hummmm that's all for now. |
