How do your legs feel?
I feel surprisingly good....even better since DeLaney and I went back to bed and we just woke up!:) My legs feel fine today and I am happy.

I love triathlon (it was warm yesterday, I'll be motivated to cycle soon), I adore running, and when I get in the water lately I think, I want so much more from this. I'd like to go 59. for a 100 (NO COMMENTS FROM THE PEANUT GALLERY! I know, FAST TWITCH) , I'd like to get good at stroke and IM - from a tri perspective it is foolish for me to spend so much time swimming but I just can't tear myself away.
The thing is, it feels good right now to be in love with everything, to be pulled so many different directions.

Freestyle felt a little off in the morning, was RIGHT ON this afternoon.
Jogged 5 miles with Sara, Amy, Ginger, Holly, Bozo and Dilly. We didn't break any speed records out there today.
Alyie, I enjoyed reading your lab notes. I made a point to pack something to eat immediately after my run today. I'll see if it helps with my speed workout tomorrow.

chocolate soymilk before I ran mint chocolate cliff bar after I ran right into the pool banana after I swam the first time breakfast was a pbj, snack later was a luna bar pear right after I swam now I'm snacking on mint chocolate covered pretzels and more chocolate soymilk and I need to go find lunch
been CRAVING mint chocolate things lately. I usually do not eat this much chocolate, really!
I'd recommend the Girl Scout's Thin Mints but they're full of those icky (yet tasty) hydrogenated fats.
I had an energy bar after my workout and it wasn't good. I was force-feeding myself and it just didn't feel right. I think I might try a recovery drink next time.

up for a long workout session tomorrow? I'm running a 10 mile progressive run and looking for company. I know you like to do your 5k on the tread, but just thought I would check. 10 miles slower than 5k might be easier on the ole' hip:) maybe not.

First she gets great pleasure out of calling me Granny, THEN she insults your hip AND she has called both of us names (that cannot be repeated here) in workouts and/or races. That girl gets away with a lot! Good thing she's cute.
I think I'm going to be on my own tomorrow. You guys couldn't keep up anyway, being in your late 30's and 40's. Maybe you could ride a moped next to me.

5 running just before a big thunderstorm/tornado watch and 3 on the ET this afternoon. Got a massage in between those workouts. Life is good. Hope Julie missed all that weather mess in her travels. Sorry I will miss the meeting tomorrow so will look for Judson's live internet feed.
I was lucky enough to miss the bad weather ~ it started to rain just as we arrived at our house. Sounds like parts of the state got hammered, though!
Back in hot/humid/flat Florida...but the weather system did bring a cool down ~ YEAH!!!! Maybe I can turn the a/c off now!
