Enjoy the sunshine!

Rest

Except for the normal abs and pushups.

8.3 mi

the Powerade at the commons tasted like it was carbonated this morning :P

yeah it's nice out, I ran on the treadmill. Track's not clear and pavement's too hard. What I wouldn't give for healthy bones that could take a little more stress

I'm in a good mood though. I really am.

30 min ...

minutes elliptical and upper body weights. A quick stretch, too.

Keep running!

7

with Amy, Dilly, and Bozo; super duper easy. Legs feel good!

2800 scy

freestyle for warmup and cooldown but the rest was technique work for butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke. It was fun :-)

7.3 miles

Just under 59 minutes. Nice and even, enjoying the warmer temps. Good to have you around, spring.

6 miles...

Mill dam loop. Warmer this evening. Congrats Judson on your win!

Thanks

Thanks John.

Caddy

Run a progressive run up Caddy. Started down Ledgelawn, up park loop road and up the mnt with a loop up top. 48 minutes, 7.45 miles. Ran down, some on trails, some on roads. I'd say 6-miles down, with a quick water stop at the Hubbell's. My other watch died on the way down, so I don't know my total time.

Wasn't a planned workout, but I felt good so I ran hard.

0 miles

0 miles of running, 10-miles of paddling

Sad news

That IS sad..

:(

race in old town

is anyone going to the 5k in old town on sat.
robin and i are planning to go if anyone wants a ride

YUP

It's my big race of the week.

I'll be there

but I don't live too far from it. :) I'll also be running the Wes Jordan race before it. This'll be a good test of how I can prepare for back-to-back short races.

YA

You're just giving me a chance at the Old Town race. Maybe I'll run both.

Hand-carved Talking Stick

is the prize to the first overall male and female winners in the Ma'naKwane 5K. I wish I was in ideal shape to run a top finish because I'd love to win one of those. I might just push myself in that race to see if I can get close. Watch out, Judson!

Yup

I"ll keep an eye out for you.

You never know, if I go out too fast you might just catch me.

Sorry to say

I won't be there to chase Spotter. I'll be at the Orrington 10k though, watch out!

Looking forward to it!`

It's my first 10k run evah!

Hey, Spotter

you're training for Sugarloaf Marathon, right?

Yes

Indeed I am!

I'm curious

about your training program. Care to share?

Secret training

he's on the secret training plan. he probably only posts half his mileage.

I do

train under RK, after all. The dictator of mileage. (I only mean that in the nicest way, coach Ryan!)

Seriously, though, I have a basic plan of increasing weekly mileage until I'm around 35-40 total and then I'll have one long run of 16-20 miles (probably at the end of this month or the first weekend of May) to get that endurance run. After that, it's probably making sure I run easy so I don't get injured before the race.

cool

we're going to have fun at The Loaf.

My fun

will be a week later at Cabot. I may give myself a pat on the back after I break my 15-k course record. But only if I break it by a minute a 4 seconds. If not I'll just kick stuff around at the finish and go hide my shame.

You will

be having fun Sugarloaf weekend too. There should be a few reasons for you to have fun, if all goes well. Now, don't go hurting my feelings!

Yeah!

Don't forget your Dynamic Duo!!!

Don't worry

I'll give you each one point if you run well at Sugarloaf.

If I run well

all I want is another mini apple pie!

Secret training

I'm supposed to be on the "swim bike run rinse repeat" training plan. I need to work on that second sport (that pool is just so MAGNETIC though)

Suzanne

are you doing Unity
I am going 'then going to Portland
Stephen and Patti are planning to go also if you need help watching the baby they will help out if you need it

Yes

I plan on going to Unity....was hoping I could follow you again. I think I have bribed Haydn into babysitting! Let me know what time to meet you in Ellsworth. :)
